Good communication, any mishaps (which are inevitable in any renovation) were dealt with professionally and we were given ample freedom and advice during the design process. Had our very dated bathroom renovated back in 2020, six years on I can say the bathroom is still in excellent condition. Everything is completely watertight, no issues with leaks, mould, or deterioration, and it still looks as good as it did when it was first completed. From what I remember, the team were incredibly efficient, they completed the renovation faster than we expected without cutting corners. They were easy to deal with from start to finish and a pleasant team to have around. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
